When using the brake pedal, it is found that the pedal is heavy and the braking performance is poor, the working performance of the vacuum supercharger should be checked. The simple diagnostic methods are as follows.

　　①將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火，快速反復(fù)踏制動(dòng)踏板，使制動(dòng)踏板到高位置。起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，如感到踏板稍微下降，則為真空制動(dòng)增壓器工作基本正常。如踏板無(wú)下降感覺(jué)，為真空制動(dòng)增壓器無(wú)助力作用，應(yīng)檢修或更換。

　　(1) Put out the engine and pedal the brake pedal quickly and repeatedly, so that the brake pedal reaches the highest position. Starting the engine, if the pedal is slightly lowered, the vacuum brake supercharger will work normally. If the pedal feels no drop, it should be repaired or replaced because the vacuum brake supercharger is powerless.

　　②起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)并運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)I一2min，然后緩慢地踏幾次制動(dòng)踏板，每次踏下制動(dòng)踏板有升高感覺(jué)時(shí)，為真空制動(dòng)增壓器密封良好。如制動(dòng)踏板連續(xù)踏動(dòng)仍不升高，則增壓器動(dòng)力缸的密封不良，應(yīng)檢查或更換。

　　(2) Start the engine and run for 1-2 minutes, then slowly tread the brake pedal several times, each time the brake pedal feels elevated, the vacuum brake supercharger is well sealed. If the brake pedal continues to tread and does not rise, the seal of the power cylinder of the supercharger is not good and should be checked or replaced.

　　③在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況下，用腳踏下制動(dòng)踏板并將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火，如30s左右制動(dòng)踏板位置不發(fā)生變化，為真空制動(dòng)增壓器密封良好。如制動(dòng)踏板位置很快變動(dòng)，為密封不良，應(yīng)檢修或更換。

　　(3) When the engine is running, the brake pedal is lowered by foot and the engine is extinguished. If the position of the brake pedal is unchanged about 30 seconds, the vacuum brake supercharger is well sealed. If the position of the brake pedal changes quickly, it should be repaired or replaced for poor sealing.

　　用上述方法檢查真空增壓器，雖然不能準(zhǔn)確地判斷發(fā)生故障的部位，但可以掌握其工作,性能。

　　Using the above method to inspect the vacuum supercharger can not accurately determine the fault location, but can grasp its work and performance.

　　斷油控制分為急減速斷油、超速斷油和清缸斷油，目的是節(jié)油、降低排放污染，確保汽車(chē)行駛安全和提高發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)性能。

　　Oil cut-off control is divided into rapid deceleration oil cut-off, overspeed oil cut-off and cylinder clean-up oil cut-off. The purpose is to save fuel, reduce emission pollution, ensure vehicle driving safety and improve engine starting performance.

　　1、急減速斷油在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)至冷卻液溫度正常后，用導(dǎo)線(xiàn)短接TPS插接器（僅限于4端子插接器）上的IDL和E1端子（即讓怠速觸點(diǎn)閉合），然后踩下加速踏板，使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到1800r/min，這時(shí)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速應(yīng)會(huì)突然下降到1200r/min；穩(wěn)住加速踏板的位置，發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速應(yīng)在1200一1800r/min之間周期性地變化。如果不出現(xiàn)上述情況，說(shuō)明TPS怠速觸點(diǎn)或ECU相關(guān)電路有故障。

　　1. After the engine idles until the coolant temperature is normal, the IDL and E1 terminals (i.e. the idle contacts are closed) on the TPS connector (limited to the 4-terminal connector) are connected with short conductors, and then the acceleration pedal is pressed down to make the engine speed reach 1800 r/min. At this time, the engine speed should suddenly drop to 1200 r/min; at the same time, the position of the acceleration pedal should be stabilized, the engine speed should be adjusted. It varies periodically from 1200 to 1800 r/min. If the above situation does not occur, it indicates that TPS idle contacts or ECU related circuits are faulty.

　　2、超速斷油超速斷油的作用是限制發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的高轉(zhuǎn)速（6500r/min )。超速斷油控制性能的檢查方法是，拆下1只噴油器線(xiàn)束側(cè)插接器，然后在將加速踏板踩到底時(shí)起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，同時(shí)用萬(wàn)用表（20V檔）檢查噴油器線(xiàn)束側(cè)插接器兩端子間是否有脈沖電壓。此時(shí)應(yīng)無(wú)脈沖電壓，否則TPS或ECU相關(guān)電路有故障。

　　2. The effect of over-speed oil cut-off and over-speed oil cut-off is to limit the maximum speed of the engine (6500r/min). The method to check the control performance of over-speed fuel cut-off is to remove one injector wiring harness side connector, then start the engine when the accelerator pedal is pushed to the bottom, and check whether there is a pulse voltage between the two terminals of injector wiring harness side connector with a multimeter (20V gear). At this time, there should be no pulse voltage, otherwise TPS or ECU related circuits have faults.

　　3、清缸斷油清缸斷油用于在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)多次起動(dòng)不著后清除氣缸內(nèi)的燃油，其檢查方法與超速斷油相同。

　　3. Cylinder clearance, cylinder clearance and cylinder clearance are used to clean the fuel in the cylinder after the engine fails to start many times. The inspection method is the same as that of over-speed oil breakage.
